Having a week-long ticket discussion with Blizzard CS suggests this is a widely known issue with several reports but they are refusing to provide refunds for heads to anyone affected by this issue.
I lost three weeks of progress for both Sludgefist Normal and Heroic and it’s very much problematic for me if I don’t unlock both skips this coming February. (Job and etc…)
It’s genuinely becoming increasingly infuriating and honestly making me reconsider unsubscribing.
