Occurred for both my Heroic and Normal difficulty quests.
Switched for the first time in my character’s lifetime from Venthyr to Kyrian, found out later in the day upon entering Castle Nathria that both quests had vanished from my quest log and with it, three weeks of Sludgefist kill progress.
Multiple people have verified that this is unintended and that it has not occurred for them. Completely unsure why I and this particular person from a few weeks ago (Castle Nathria: Getting A Head) appear to be the only ones who have faced this problem so far.
Submitted a ticket with the first response feeling dismissive and detached of my issues. “Hope it won’t affect you too much”? I’ve lost 3 weeks worth of progress, how wouldn’t it affect me “too much”?
