why are they gone please fix cant find the npcs to change covenant
Known bug at the moment, I sure hope they fix fast - large % of the player base wants to flip cov’s with the patch and class changes.

They said they know about it but they aren’t interested in fixing it.

Being able to change was too popular, so they’ve decided to make it harder. And by harder they mean impossible. The designers don’t want you to switch covenants when they buff/nerf them.
They removed the NPC.
