Anyone actually changed their covenant yet? Was wondering if looted conduits port over, and what happens to companions.

I have, but it was fairly early in. Most everything transfers over minus the anima and what you learned revolving around those. I can’t recall with followers real well, think I had to go back and get the one from torghast, but it wasn’t a big deal as none of mine were real high at the time.

I’m up to 12 on the covenant chapters and just got the hands today…gonna be a LONG way to the boots and wings though…

I think I just hit 12 with mine too…so much farming, but it beats the neck system [or I think so].

Just be careful if you go kyrian. Lots of people stuck when swapping. Quest not popping up. Npc not giving quests. It’s very frustrating.

I THINK what you could be referring to is that if you have already changed that week, the quest to swap back won’t be available until the following week/next reset. This happened to me anyway.
Nah. Opening quests once you switch. There is one where the guy who accepts the quest just is not a quest taker.
After 1 day he finally all of a sudden had the quest.
Then after turning it in, nothing new popped up.
That’s where I’m at. No progress towards soulbinds or cov upgrades. Just nothing.
Soooo, usually they would be at the actual sanctum. At least for me that’s how it worked. Usually a lot of the catch up for renown will just be a few callings and things like that as well

It’s broken. However, when I just hit renown 5 by doing dungeons and getting the random drops. another thing popped up. For most cov switches, it just happens without having to trigger it in other ways.
I could be wrong, but it sounds like you want to use the Necrolord transmog set while playing as a Night Fae? If so I hate to be the one to tell you this, but I’m pretty sure the covenant transmog sets are only usable by characters who are currently aligned with that particular covenant.

The problem isn’t changing covenants the first time, at least not at our current renown. The problem is changing them back after a nerf, buff, tier scaling, or whatever.

Changed to kyrian last week because VDH are forced into it. Already caught up on reknown.
Covenant specific Followers abandon you and new ones start at level 1… meatball followed me to the new covenant.
Most importantly THE ANIMA YOU COLLECTED IS LOST!!! So if you have a big pool of it, it resets to 0.
Mission table campaign also resets to 0.

Ion already admitted that he lied, thus has no integrity or competency (either he knowingly deceived the player base or had no clue what was going on… neither of which reflect positively to his credibility).

Ion is a grey-parsing scrub that is obviously 100% burnt out on the game and has no passion left for it. He needs to step down and let someone who actually loves world of warcraft direct it.
