Thatâs my opinion about the change. I see it as a cynical attempt to boost sub numbers, By taking away peopleâs options, theyâre trying to force players into subs as thatâs a more stable source of income for the company.
Ok that what this forum is about and why its bad. Clearly you donât care enough about this game or the player base. And when i say long time i do mean years. So i do know how the player base can act. And who is effected.
The first time you responded to me in this thread today you went on about how this change helps out bots. I donât mind going back and quoting numerous times on this stuff.
Look, Iâm done. Iâve been going around in circles with you for far too long and, tbh, I donât even understand the point youâre trying to make. First you think bots are going to take over the game, then everyone is going to quit, now everyone canât afford to spend the same money they already were.
You have yourself a great night, I wonât be responding to you anymore here.

Why is the biggest wow news channel on YouTube calling it a bad thing then? Seriously why defend a company that would sell you and your family if they could get away with it?
[/quote] And ever since i asked this the first time you have avoided
Yet this is a very clear move to force auto sups and to add an unneeded extra step just for a single month. Blizzard is a business its not like its hard to figure out thier motivation.
You avoided my question why defend them?
Blizzard really doesnât care about what thier player base feels anymore. They did this change to force less options for people. You even ignore the fact for some people its more expensive to sub then just to buy 30 days of game time. They donât make it up.
Why is it so hard to acknowledge Blizzard pulled a scummy tactic? I will ask this again, Why Defend Blizzard? They will not defend you.
I am not trying to be mean but no one should be ok with this.
I used that YouTube channel as an example of people calling Blizzard out. There are other game news platforms doing the same. And they understand the ins and outs businesses. I would recommend looking more into the matter before saying anything
Even if that was legitimately the reason for this change⌠I (and my bf) donât think itâs enough of a reason for this change. The bot problem is a real thing. But they are screwing a lot more legit players then they are botters
This was post i responsed to then you responded to my post as i said.
The other one i linked i asked you why defend blizzard?
This is what i mean by avoiding that question
im showing you how this convo lead here. then responded to my response to that person are things making more sense now with the bot convo. The covos 3 days ago i asked why defend blizzard
When i say you can stop lying, You responded to my post responding trying to defend blizzard. I even said if blizzard said it. And if they are blaming bots its a scapegoat. If you have been fully reading my posts this convo would have never gotten this dumb.
The people who are defending them here as not making a money grab are the likely the same people who answer content complaints with âwell if you unsub, then the content wonât get better cuz blizz is poorâ.
Essentially, any issues in WoW are solely the fault of the customer to some people.
