I know many ppl doesn’t even care what is happening in a country like Argentina. We are screwed. We always dreamed playing in retail, a few years ago we finally could pay for the game thanks to the regional pricing. Now is getting impossible to pay for us. 100% on services and 1/3 of salary for 2 months is not worth. We get the message, we’re out.

Yep. I know that looks a low price from the outside in therms of USD but inside the Argentinean economy its unacceptable. ARS prices are really high with the new 100% increase.

This is a stupid, stupid change and I hope you reconsider those of us on shift style work.
This does not fit my schedule. My work schedule fluctuates and I will not pay you twice as much for the same amount of game time.

It’s all about short-term profits.
People who have chosen one of the payment choices being removed chose that because it works for them. The idea that they can all be convinced to monthly do some nonsensical maneuvering like paying cash to subscribe and then immediately unsubbing is bizarre, akin to saying to casuals who say they have nothing to do that “You aren’t doing mythic raiding and pushing high keys. What you want to do based on what you always did before doesn’t matter.”
I have no plans to farm extra gold in order to obediently buy gametime I know I won’t be using. I have one account subbed and 4 that pay gold. In 2 days that will be down to 2 accounts that have paid in gold. In a month they will all have expired, and since there will be no point in playing just this one account, that will unsub.
And they’ll claim that they “won”. If getting away with forcing people out of the game is “winning”, I guess they’re doing it right.

people are complaining about being forced to purchase something they may not have time to use. maybe try reading the replies before making a shtty comment that belittles others.

They dont care players, they only care the money.
Im from Argentina, now the 6 months sub (with taxes and all), have a cost of 5.000+ ARS, now, a normal person have 20.000 ARS SALARY PER MONTH.
Now u see the problem? this is stupid, they dont care.

This is just bs. I know I can just get a monthly sub and cancel if I don’t want to pay upfront for more than a month of game time… but this is an ugly money grab. Making people jump through hoops when they just want to pay for a month at a time. Ugly blizz. Just ugly.

I tried buying game time last night, wasn’t added on to existing game time and still the only option was 60 days for 43$
Yeah this is another brain dead choice… What can possibly go so wrong right?
the people defending this are crazy… The old adage applies if it’s not broke leave it alone. Now with the price hike and this new change sets off warning alarms like a ship sinking.

Game time price in argentina is 40 % of their minimun wage XD
