You understand what whining is correct? Probably not, since you have hours to play a video game I assume your mom’s basement is sweet.

Yeah, and yet here you are complaining about a hotfix because “at home workers” when BFA/SL were created in office and considered 2 of the worst expansions of all time. Well done. And I don’t see how the 3,000 attempts at creating borrowered powers is better than this.

Ok so what is the PTR for exactly?

I love when you guys do this. Its like corruptions all over again. When players were clearing useless ones - which you then buffed the living crap out of, and spend millions on corrupted boes which were nerfed tot he ground.
Now Ppl already invested upgrade materials to some stones which got nerfed, and destroyed those that got buffed in order to get materials for upgrading the nerfed ones.

This is exactly why I thought they’d approach things differently.

Just incredibly disrespectful to players.

Hilariously bad take, if that were the issue here than every expansion made while they were in-office would be a smashing success… it wasn’t.

In reality, this is the end result of a multi-billion dollar company that doesn’t care about their product, their customers, or their employees and sees QA positions as temp jobs that is fine to pay & treat like human trash.

Devs gonna release a video of them sitting at a table having a fake conversation for the camera about how amazing this patch was.

Any fixes for people on dead realms like mine (bloodhoof) where I can’t do rares or anything in the new zone because nobody is there? Sorry but if it’s solo a rare that takes me 7+ mins or just not bother with it, I am just not gonna bother with it. Sad that a whole new part of the game is entirely unplayable if you’re on a dead server. Merge more or give us free transfers off and close them.

jump in group finder and look for rare hunting groups

This is exactly correct. BFA had how many failed attempts at creating a borrowed power system and failed every time. Even the final system was so bad that you had corruptions that literally increased players DPS insane amounts or were their best DPS skill.

What does expansion success have to do with making sweeping changes to things that were done. These issues are caused by improper testing. Working from home doesn’t alleviate that as well. Not the best take but if you are going to criticize someone, at least try to not misinterpret what was being discussed so you can fit your own answer in.

I want to know how streamers covered the PTR and this system and universally PRAISED IT and none of them mentioned its flaws. Talking about Bellular, Taliesin, Soulsobreezy, hazelnutty, MrGM, and SignsofKalani. Unless I missed something, I didn’t hear anything negative about the ring. Sigh.

They seem to have wasting everyones time perfected. Busted soup event, Storm’s Fury, stone gambling.

Not at all! Shards of domination are an evergreen system that everyone loves and enjoys to this day. In fact, many would say it saved wow! You’d be hard pressed to find a single person that would say;

“These temporary systems that need to be constantly patched and fixed are a waste of dev time that could be better used literally anywhere else”

Good thing it looks like the devs don’t listen to their paying customers, we might actually get more “”““evergreen””“” systems with 10.1!

Tooltips are still wildly inaccurate to actual effects, Shining Obsidian and Gleaming Iron in particular. Shining clocks a 25k hit against a single target while the tooltip reads 42k. Gleaming gives ~half the auto attack damage it advertises.

The changes weren’t enough. The ring is still terrible for my class. The thing does like 11% of my total dmg and it’s still somehow a massive DPS loss.

I do not want this ring to be good unless it has haste on it. Losing a ton of haste for this is not fun.

My favorite part is they waited until Thursday to do it even though most people already used all their stones for the week.

Only these stones…just check the council forums that you’re part of it.

All the feedback about the love rocket drop ignored, Dev never provided his insights or any reply after acknowledging the issue.

Dev replied to lack of BG content when most of the council member that discussed that thread are not longer part of that forum…

It’s not only about player power mechanics, just check the massive amount of feedback threads on the council compared to Dev response. There’s a big issue with CMs or Devs disponibility.

I kinda think that forcing dps to come from procs is poor design. We should be contributing to our own dps and for some classes (esp healers) the stones just aren’t worth losing up to 6% haste from stats on rings.

They literally increased the drop rate, not to what most people wanted, but they did.

They replied to that like this morning. It was vague, but they said answers are coming.
