Changes needed for new players WOW (from a new player)

do you care? I don’t care about what blizzard thinks.

Yeah. I am gonna sorta be suspicious of anyone saying it took 30 mins to find people with 1600 IO

Good luck asking for changes.

I mean… not at all lol. Your gearscore, class, io, and even server will affect your chances at getting into a group. I dont think its an issue personally as thats just how the game works. But it does happen.

2000 io in January was super low.

Most people were above 2500 at that point.

The system I just described is different lol. If everyone hits their role then potentially everyone in the group could get a drop.

what does it matter if you or I care? we don’t make the rules.

I personally do not want PL back, no. I prefer GL - I’d take it a step further and want ML back so guilds can go back to distributing their loot as best suits them.

Did you see the date on the achievement?
January 10th

Only the most brand new players I guess are pushing KSM on week 3 of a season.
First time ever seeing Fort and affixes? Pushing min 14-15s across all 8 dungeons.

Your system is the exact way PL works. Drops are based on the individual. If you have 8 people versus 1

This is basic math.

yea 10 bucks this is a person with an EU account. no “new player” pushing ksm early-season in m+ for a period of time, while at the same time having zero comprehension as to how blizz’s systems work.

So top 10% of M+ players is super low?. Even if it is super low why did it take so long to find a group. Further proves my point.

Because this is a fake scenario

what is the point you are trying to push? That I am new or not new?

You do realize what Blizz says goes, right?? Do you know how many changes have been begged for, pleaded for and promptly ignored? Blizz will do what blizz thinks is best or what they believe will make them the most money.

They don’t care what you want or how you feel. If you don’t like that, you’re playing the wrong game. If you want things changed that badly, get a job at the company and try to make those changes or make your own game and design it how you want.

You can’t ask for changes, complain about how the game is run and then say you don’t care what the company that makes that game thinks. It’s their game, not yours.

Thanks for telling me how my experience was. LOL I know how long I was sitting trying to find a group for. Don’t tell me I am making it up lol.

2000 wasn’t top 10%

Yes it’s low

It took you so long because people pugging are going to take the 2500/3k io person over you.

It’s still not gatekeeping you. That’s a term bad players use to cope. The definition of gatekeeping is literally impossible in the game.

Scroll up and read other responses. I wanted to know what other people felt about it. It feels like a lot of people have the mindset that blizzard won’t do anything so there is no point in thinking of changes that could make the game better.

your changes wouldn’t make the game better.

what would make the game better is if blizzard stopped the slow disbanding of the guild system, and did something to prop guilds up again. If blizzard would stop catering to the antisocial solo players, and encourage people to network and build a friends group to run content with.

true story, m+ was not designed for the solo player, it was designed for organized small groups.

we should not rip the system apart and rebuild it for the solo player.

it is not hard to network with people in-game to find indviduals to run keys with. that should be emphasized by blizzard.

Yeah this response just proved you have no idea what you are talking about. "/ttps://raider.io/mythic-plus/cutoffs/season-df-1/us Literally just look at the graph at the very top. Super simple stop saying lies please.

Because it’s a fact. Many of these people have been around since WoW first appeared, they know what the company is like, how changes are implemented and how rare it is for blizzard to listen.

Imo this mostly goes back to making everyone happy. This community tends to rage when they don’t get their way, kicking up a stink that blizz just doesn’t want to deal with, so they avoid making massive changes to avoid this.

People still play the game. They still pay for subs and buy from the shop as well as buying new xpacs. Why would they change when their current stance is still working?

thanks for the compliment i guess LOL. why would i lie about how long I have played the game. M+ is so simple. Watch youtube videos on how mechanics work and yet people still fail them. People act like wow is the only video game out there. I play other video games I’m not gonna be a total noob when playing a new game.
