Changes Blizzard could make

2.0.1 marked the shift from Vanilla to BC. BC data was added, talents/spells were tuned, items were re-statted, etc. etc.

It’s a gigantic transformation from one design philosophy to another. Vanilla is anything that’s 1.x, and anything in 1.x is fair game for Classic. Anything 2.x or higher is NOT fair game.

It’s an extremely simple concept.

Not to mention the big “World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade” on the log-in screen…

you realize that classic launches as a specific patch and the patch they are using had honor and bg’s, right?

so yeah, it’s not authentic

That’s why they said as authentic as possible.

Ythisens btw did you ever get to the devs about Soulshards not showing up? You said you would tell the Gms about it but still here we are with no info. Also Wrathguards still only hold 1 weapon, and disgusting oozlings green effect is gone. and also cloth armor sets are completly broken, cloth legs that give you 3d models no longer do if you wear a robe, breaking the trial of valor set, and even the uldir set. also the elite pvp alliance set is supposed to have a scroll on its belt, but it just doesent for some reason.

In fairness it was staggered in vanilla for the simple reason that it was not all ready to be released all at once.

Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnope

No changes.

So… Sneak in changes and lie to the playerbase? Wow, you pro-changers are getting more and more desperate.

Nolephor - They have never done that before…

I am pointing out things to look for… they will certainly be things.

Lol, no one will notice. I bet you feel silly saying that now. Considering how much stuff was noticed during the 5 lvl demo. Classic crowd are anal retentive attention crazy people. They will always notice. #nochanges

And yet they are.

anymore distrust from this company. I will never come back and I will give you my gold.

You know what I don’t care. Blizzard f classic up. Just do it. F it. I am ready to light a match even if u don’t read this. Haha…
I am bored I will walk over the ash. Don’t believe I don’t care. Meh not my money.

Nope. done right no one will notice and to be honest no one has anything to truly compare it to. The frame of reference is tainted.

Authentic as possible means = whatever they want to do with it. They just have to justify it to themselves.

yeah because no one remembers hybrid casters going oom in a minute or two back in vanilla. totally no chance of noticing that hey, 4 minutes into the fight that boomer is still casting.
the theory crafters and data miners wouldn’t notice it either. not a chance.

The issue is that there is no set amount of time a boomer can cast before OOM.

We did not even understand them well until BC and by then the talent tree changed.

If a boomer has 10% more casting no one will know anything except that they last longer than they did on private servers who had to make up many numbers and items.

The values you think people will compare to are no longer anywhere to reference.

You can data mine your cow off but if you don’t have a frame of reference other than… “boomkins are bad with mana” you cannot do a real comparison.

Blizzard will fudge a lot of numbers either through creativity or in the interest of longer game life or just not having the numbers and having to guess.

All the crying in the world is not going to change that. We know nothing… none of us. Its their beach, their ocean,

the fact that you think no one will notice and no one knew these details before is hilarious. even the blizzard CM laughed at your idea. just saying.

Time will prove me right.
Nothing left to discuss.
We just disagree.

literally everyone, including blizzard disagrees with you.

Yeah, sure. No one did math until BC, because it wasn’t invented by 2004.

Keep telling yourself that.

Dude people know the numbers. There’s no way Blizzard could make a mechanic change like increasing mana regen for certain specs without players quickly finding out.
