According to this post, conquest earnings will increase in TWW:
my opinion is if Blizz wants to increase the gains to make pvp more competitive, increase the conquest gains more for unranked activities (such as random bgs, pvp quests in open world) than for ranked ones (rbgs, arenas, etc), this will do allowing more people to join pvp and have more equivalent gear when entering the competitive game and even bringing more players to world pvp.
And why doesn’t this already apply to the current season 4? It’s just about adjusting values…
