Changejar - connection issues

I have been having numerous “ping” spike disconnects since the TBCC launch. This happens very frequently in dungeons and raids. Chat still works, abilities do not, have to alt-f4 the game 90% of the time because of it. It occasionally happens in the world as well. I have tried reinstalling the game, doing a game repair on the files. I have reset the interface (Cache, WTF, Interface, etc) I have ran the game with, and without any addons. The problem persists. I ran a WinMTR report which I will post as well. Can you give me further feedback as to what steps I should do from here.

Nobody will ever help you with this sadly. After you post the WinMTR it’s like the kiss of death. You’ll never hear from a blue again.

You just can’t play when the servers are full. Anytime you try from about 6 PM - 12 PM server, you’ll only experience this constantly.

You’ll just have to expect this kind of quality while you pay your sub.

There appears to be some packet loss happening somewhere between Spectrum’s network and the home router/modem. The best thing to do would be to reach out to your internet service provider and inform them of the issue. If possible show them this winMTR test.
