I recently changed faction but now all delves are inaccessible and Brann doesn’t even have any quests since I’ve completed them all. Any adivce?
Delves have nothing to do with faction. I’ve had a bug where all the delves showed as a blank wall. Is that what you have? if so, just quit game and reload. And yes, you have to QUIT the game and come back in, not just relog out to character screen.

Remember the first rule of Troubleshooting:
Turn it off an on again.
Its literally, legit, not even kidding, the First Rule. It sounds dumb, but it works.

I had that a couple of times today along with getting stuck halfway down the Coreway on a flightpath. Restarting fixed Delves for stuck in the Coreway I had to use Character Stuck in help.
Edit: The Delve wall just happened again. 
It happens about 50/50 after you do an Overcharged Delve.
Blank wall, Hearthstone doesn’t work (but still uses up timer), Dargan not appearing, Stuck halfway down Coreway on a flight path…
Just quit and relog in.

Yeah, there’s some funky thing going on with Delves where if you do one a bunch of portals don’t work. Been like that for a hot minute. A relog will fix it though as the other poster says.
