Change your rules if you are griefed and have video proof then restore the life of the toon that was killed

I was just Griefed on classic HC by a hunter who pulled a lot of mobs then ran on me and feign death. Can’t do a single thing in that situation as they spam nets and everything.

If it’s my fault cool idc. if its another player doing it on purpose not ok and you should 100% restore my toon for that.

If it is the fault of servers toon should be restored

  1. If blizzard is at fault restore “due to bugs in the game etc”
  2. If a player 100% causes you to die in the world then, the character should be restored.
  3. A Life for a life. if you have evidence that someone griefed you then they should have that toon killed your toon returned and then they receive whatever ban they deserve.

If you die in a dungeon because of someone else that is different as it was in a dungeon and dungeons come with risk.

Questing in the world and being griefed by a hunter feign deathing on you for no reason is not your fault and shouldn’t even be considered a risk.

How do you know they didn’t scuff a pull feign death, try the pull again and tried running and just FD when it came back up off CD?

You say dungeons come with risks, but playing in the open world with other players around carry it’s own risks as well.

Mobs where behind a wall didn’t see them. Also doesn’t matter as i got rooted by the mobs and all they do is spam roots.

It’s ok you can’t comprehend and that is fine.

Because i have video evidence of exactly what happened.

Also doesn’t matter I already unsubbed due to this stuff being ok.

and it is ok if the only thing that happens is a 3day ban for the griefing nope not even worth my money.

You signed an agreement that they’re not going to restore your toon.

Maybe invest in a box of Kleenex for your tears, and then wipe away the tears so in the future you can try to pay attention to what’s happening around you.

Can they be seen in the video in chat saying that’s what they were doing because just based off your story I gave an account of what I believe could also be exactly what happened.

People have been un-subbing for years for more legitimate reasons than this. It’s a sinking ship; you made the right call.

The griefer should be banned, yes. But, NO to any restores. If they restore even 1 character, they have to restore all of them. Even if you disagree with the reason.

No I did not say feign death should be bannable. Target a mob inviting somone to group not hitting the mob sending your pet to hit a group of 6 more enemies letting your pet die feign death so they go after your team mate that you randomly invited didn’t help kill the target you marked. Should be bannable.

Report the person if they were obviously intentionally trying to kill you, it’s a violation of the rules of engagement.

They won’t restore your character most likely, at least I haven’t seen any public mention of anyone getting their character restored.
