What do you think of changing shadow form to not apply to armor only your body?
Recently I was lucky enough to get the Fallen Charger (perfect for a shadow priest). This mount has a shadow body but the beautiful golden armor is normal.
This mount would be ugly if it was just all shadow, like me. I will just stand here in my purple cloud and fume.
