Change Scarlet Monastery Boss Fight to fit HC

Currently at the end of Scarlet Monastery Whitemane “Resurrects” Mograine at the end of the fight. Imo this is not in the spirit of Hardcore and should be changed.

Some ideas:

  1. Morgraine never dies in Phase 1 but is just left Kneeling at 1HP

  2. Mograine isn’t resurrected actually but instead you fight a zombie Mograine

  3. Whitemane can’t resurrect him and gets pissed off and gets a buff to make her fight like 2 people.

You’d have been fine if it were Sunday.

Only allowed to make joke posts on Sunday?

The mods have the day off and everything’s a little looser.

Sunday’s when everyone lets their hair down and lets it fly.

Within the bounds of good taste, of course.

:pensive:

Hahahahaha. This is probably the funniest troll I’ve seen in a while.

  1. They both suddenly vanish to layer malfunction.

Neither are mob respawns. Once killed, a mob is dead forever!

You see the mobs actually just are speed leveling. This is why hyperspawns only happen at low level as it takes the higher level mobs alot longer to get back to the level they were before.

Hah, I had a chuckle.

  • Mograine stays dead, and a new enemy NPC sporting the same look and gear - Mögraine - runs through the door to the chapel to resume Phase 2.

You also still resurrect during the paladin class quest at level 12 or so

The quest to drink the potion in the Tanaris graveyard still tells you to resurrect. It’s not a big deal.

I’ve killed lots of spirits in WoW. I also appreciate the work that the Spirit Healer does more than most (I’m sure you can relate.)

Nope, if it WERE Sunday people would have said "LOL another Sunday post or “I see its Sunday”, you see, the whole point of the whole “Sunday” thing it to tell the OP their post is dumb, and those who do it are just forum griefers. (too mild to be called “trolling”, nobody is gonna cry themselves to sleep over this or even remember it in 5 minutes)
