Change rules for AFK player

Hello,

Why Blizzard do nothing for people afk bg ? they afk flag for " def " but dont even moove when people fight near by, each time we lose a team of 3 ppl same server " def flag " in Arathi just for " We gona have 2 mark " I dont care I want play and earn 4 we ( reste of team ) report but Blizzard dont kick them or punish them each time we get this tema we lose…

All you can do is report as afk, it might take a while, but non participation is penalty, many have had honor wiped, gear removed and suspensions.
