Not posting because I need the trink, already have it. But it seems many don’t and are waiting on a specific element. Game goes down for maintenance and then is back up at 8am PST. DF launches at 3pm PST. If you fix rotation (as in rig, not saying it’s broken) you could give players roughly 6-7 hours of going for the trinket. It’s very easy to say ‘should have started earlier.’ And if someone could have but just didn’t… then yeah, that’s on them. But if it’s something that’s possible then I think it’d make a lot of people happy. I’m not trying to beat a dead horse. I’m not asking for a specific element. I’m imploring as someone who already has it.

Is the event over this morning maint or at DF launch?
All the sources I’ve seen specifically have said that the pre patch items and FoS are available up until launch. To not set any expectations though, I read this information when we all thought there would be 4 zones with the Primal Elements, and that they would be set per zone. I want to say it ends with DF. But I don’t even know if anyone knows anymore. No articles have even updated that the Elements are RNG and that Tirisfal isn’t one of them so… yeah. Soz, my info could be outdated.
On EU we had our maintenance last night (like 8 hours ago) and are not down for any more until wednesday.

Pretty dumb, I have geared out 3 characters and still have not seen wind. If this event ends the chance to get the trinket I am gonna be pissed.

Ok that made me snort-laugh.
I know someone who’s checked everyone they could since Friday and other then when they were asleep Air hasn’t showed. I think I remember seeing Air on Thursday and not since and Air was defiantly the last one I needed and I had to wait a few days for it to show (though I was lazy and only went to Badlands)

Air had to be up over the weekend because that’s when I finally started the event and I have my trinket.
But regardless, Blizzard shouldn’t have put an invasion by the UC or let two/three of the same storm but up at the same time.
well, not so much that i waited till the last day. Kind of came back for giggles after not playing for a year. Found out about the slime cat (managed to get it) then was like "oh right, prelaunch event
They have never done a random rotation that did not miss something out or something was rare in the rotation.
They should have made 4 working location and had all of the different ones up all the time.

tbh if people had the chance and just waited whilst willingly passing up opportunities then that’s on them. They maybe be .0001%… but there are people that just seemingly don’t have a chance. What prompted my post is hearing a disc friend get back from being in the middle of the American forests for like 3 weeks. Got back Saturday and put their nose to the grind stone. Has all the mogs. But hasn’t even has a shot at the FoS yet. Let alone the trinket. Devoted WoW player taking care of our wildlife (don’t know exactly what they do) being asked to not sleep for a chance to see a mob. Yeah there might be like 7 other people in that dire of a scenario, and I’m not saying it’d be easy for Blizz to do. But IF it is… then it’d be cool.

That’s a shame. Like I said in this thread or another one (they’re starting to run together 
) since this screw up is on their end (1/4 invasions not working; storm being a rare spawn) they should extend it a few days or a week.
I have the trinket. Still think it’s BS for others because Storm hardly spawns.
