I was using Phanxfont, but that doesn’t work anymore. Can’t find any options in the new UI to increase size of anything except name plates.

Yeah, not being able to change font sizes is definitely an issue.
Under the graphics settings (not the interface settings for some reason) try adjusting the UI Scaling and see if that helps. Ofc, if you do, you’ll have to change the whole rest of your UI but it might work 
It looks like they removed the UI Scaling option
That’s odd, for me it shows up under Options → System → Graphics → Use UI Scale

i have been using the kaliel (sp?) tracker for years fixed my issue with that huge quest text
imho we should be able to choose font size
