I am a dracthyr at level 30. At level 20 my soar turned into steady flight and I wanted to change back to skyriding so I looked it up and everything pointed towards the soar spell or the mount tab. In those tabs the “change flight style” button is completely gone. I was thinking this was a bug because I spent hours looking it up and asking people but nothing worked.
