Hi all, I recently saw a mage using Blizzard with a different appearance. It had a red ring around it and looked much fancier. I can’t find a glyph for it or find any info online. How can you change it?

Uhhh sounds like you saw a Mage of the opposite faction using Blizzard.
Many AoE abilities are highlighted red to denote that they’re an enemy player (like in PvP or the opposite faction).
