They literally said they will not be doing GM stuff in vanilla outside of very bad circumstances like a officer ninjas the entire ragnaros loot table to himself, even then the master looter “owns everything” so I doubt a gm would even ban someone for looting an entire table.

The MVP is right, which feels weird to say. Blizzard will not transfer loot once it’s bound. These days they only assist if there is an actual bug preventing the trade. Which is extremely rare.
and you can keep you getting screwed over for loot in classic wow.

And the difference is the group is coordinating getting the right person the right item, what a community is suppose to do.
