I cannot complete the “champions of Leigonfall” quest as i have already done my class questline before obtaining the “champions of leigonfall” quest meaning i have no champions left to recuit besides the last champion which is obtained by completing the “champions of leigonfall” quest, am i just screwed?
Try lvling to lvl 60 and and then seeing if it pops up most end game quests require u to be lvl 60.
For some reason it says im lvl 10 but i am lvl 70 and just going for the mount.
Just to ask the obvious u do have low lvl quest tracking on correct. And ur sure u didnt start the quest chain or no quest giver at the broken shore telling u to head back to ur class hall correct.
I do have the tracking on, other threads with my issue say you need to pick up the champions of leigonfall quest before doing your class hall questline but i didnt know this before i completed it.

There is a quest giver, i have the quest, but i cannot complete it as i have no more champions left to recruit. i will try submiting a ticket.
You can’t recruit a legionfall champion without accepting the Champions of Legionfall quest. Looks like you stopped after the first quest to recruit the last champion and are on this one (or need to pick it up again):
