I recently met all the criteria for the Champion of Ulduar achievement, but did not receive the achievement. I put in a ticket and the GM basically told me there is nothing Blizzard can do (Sounds about right). I love completing achievements and not receiving credit. Especially for bosses that require personal accountability. This is a a real easy one to repeat…

Hopefully this can be resolved and can somehow be granted credit.

Only boss needed was Flame Leviathan, not a single death in the log.

I wonder if it’s because you two-manned it? (looks like that from what I can see at least). Does this require a full raid?

Oh, it was just you and the mage who went up, so I only see you guys in the logs, and the vehicles. Got it.

The achievement requires no deaths during that raid lockout period. It looks like you had a rogue reset the boss and die before the kill attempt, which invalidates the achievement credit.
