On my mini map there is a quest marker for Champion: Halduron Brightwing. Only there is no one or nothing for me to interact with to get him, I completed the In Defense of Dalaran storyline, so don’t know how to get this last recruit.
If anyone knows what I need to do to get him, please let me know!

He hangs out in the tower on the lodge grounds. If you walk out the front door of the lodge down the hill, to your left and in front will be a tower. That’s where you turn the quest in.
Except he is not there! That is where he is supposed to be but he is not, I just get the Exclamation Point on the main map (I said Mini Map before, but meant to say main map). I am trying to figure out why is is not there, even though that quest marker puts him there.
