I am unable to complete my callings 2/3 for this. The “?” is on the map for “Challenges in Bastion” and I am directly where the turn in is suppose to be; other people are turning it in just fine but there is no NPC here for me.

Are you half way through a renown story quest?
Night fae had one that phased the area around De Other Side and you couldn’t enter the instance if you were still on the quest
I have exactly the same problem… NPC isn’t there to complete the quest
Same here. Not sure why they haven’t fix anything yet. I put in 2 tickets for that.
