I have finished the quest, and have it ready for turn in, but the NPC doesn’t show up, and I am also unable to abandon the quest.

Same for me. Have you been able to turn it in yet? Frustrated…Have limited time to play and wasted way to much time on this.
Sadly I have not yet. Same exact thing, unsure as to why/how this is happening as my friend who did the quest with me was able to turn his in. He even targeted the NPC but it didn’t show that he had anything targeted for me to click on 
This is also a callings quest.
Found another post that said if you abandon “A Perilous Journey” campaign quest then Xandria will show back up… Did it myself and it worked. And then you can pick up the quest again… The more you know
