If challenge mode weapons were made Account-wide and allowed to be Transmogged by all of your Characters, Why can't it be the same for Challenge Mode Armor? I understand if you unlocked challenge mode armor on your Warlock, you would be able to use that Challenge Mode set on all of your Warlock classes across your account. So why not make the armor unlock for all of your other classes if you have it unlocked on just one? Along with completing Gold Challenge Modes you get 3 Challenge Mode Mounts that are usable by all classes regardless if they completed the dungeons or not.
That being said, with all of the Transmog content updates blizzard plans on doing and the interview where developers said *We plan to make mostly everything account wide* Will this pertain to Challenge Mode armor? I have both Challenge mode armor and Challenge Mode Weapons unlocked and I would love to see the rest of the Armor unlocked for the other classes and the rest of the community that earned these amazing sets.

I earned my Challenge Mode weapons on one character, but now any of my alts can use them.
I earned my Challenge Mode Phoenixes on one character, but now any of my alts can ride around on them.
I earned my Challenge Mode armor on my Death Knight…and it’s stuck there permanently.
Also, can we please make the Challenge Mode and Mythic+ portals account wide too please? Super annoying that I have one set of portals on my DK and another on my Druid, they’re not shared between those characters, and of course any and all alts are just portal-less.
I also earned the Weapons on my Death Knight originally, and now any character I make of any class can use any of those weapons - even ones my Death Knight cannot use, like the Bow or Staves. The Phoenix mounts were once character specific, even if you had another of that same class, but now those are account wide too. Even the old Challenge Mode TITLE is account wide now. The armor is still locked to my Death Knight only. (Technically Death KnightS, I know if I made another I could use it on them, but I only have one Death Knight character.) It’s the only CM reward that hasn’t been changed to be fully usable account wide.
Challenge Mode Armor is only account wide for the class you earned it on. I’m guessing you missed the point. I’m advocating for ALL CHALLENGE MODE ARMOR to be account wide if you unlocked it on one character. Say you unlocked it on your DK, It would be unlocked for all of your other classes also.

People who unlocked the CM armor aren’t asking to wear DK Plate on a Mage. We want to be able to use the Mage armor on our Mages, even if we initially unlocked the armor reward on a DK. That’s all.
You’re right that it is kinda contradictory at first glance…but i think the reason for the WoD rewards being an account wide transmog are pretty obvious…those rewards weren’t ever advertised to celebrate class achievements in the same way others were. (Ion also discussed this a bit in the recent Annie Fuschia interview).
His stance was that they like certain rewards/achievements are added specifically to celebrate an accomplishment done “as this class”. MoP challenge mode armor/Mage Tower weapons are versions of this…
The WoD challenge mode rewards were very limited. you only got 3 - and they weren’t advertised as class specific or anything. Weapons are generally transmoggable by anyone that can use said item - but a class specific reward (like a class specific artifact weapon/skin for example) is already defined.
My opinion is that, i agree with the team’s philosophy. It’s something that makes your one specific character stand out and feel special. Would feel really awkward if my brand new monk was running around in Cycle armor, as i’m trying to figure out how to even play the class).
Btw, does anyone know if Qule’Serrar is an account wide apparance? or is it limited to only warrior/paladins on your account?
You have completely missed the point of the post and the message being conveyed. If we unlocked the CM set on one character like the DK we would like all the CM armor for the other classes to be unlocked for the classes the armor is specific to, like hunter gets the Hunter CM set, Warlock gets the Lock CM set, Druid get the Druid CM set etc.
Mounts and weapons (in this context) aren’t tied to classes, whereas the sets are. I got 2k in s16 on my Rogue for an elite set, and that doesn’t mean that I need the Mage, Priest, Shaman, etc, ones as well because I didn’t play those chars at the time.
Players need more reasons to play individual chars, not fewer. 9 dungeons for a unique mog on each class is crazy.
How does that make any sense? You did the challenge mode on a DK so you get this prestigious DK armor. Why should you also get it for mages, or any other class?
I didn’t do the challenge on a Rogue or Monk, so I don’t get to use those sets. It was a class based challenge.
Even went out of my way to grab the Paladin one just in case I decided to play it one day, and it paid off.
At this point, it’s better to ask for the unreleased recolours to be added somewhere. Could get more traction on that.
