So I completed MoP Challenge modes on multiple characters back in the MoP days but don’t have a few (like warlock). Is there anyway Blizzard would make the achievements account wide so all characters could use the appearances regardless of what class Challenge Modes was completed on? I’d love to have all the appearances! Just didn’t have enough time back in the day to get them all on all the classes.

Since this was not an individual achievement but a group achievement, I don’t see why we couldn’t buy armor tokens like we did the weapon tokens.

WoD ensembles are the exception cause blizz wanted people to have freedom of choice when making groups.
Also you already got 3 phoenixes for free when you were supposed to have run the Challenge modes 4 times to get them. So you already got the freebie.
Lastly, your argument is akin to people asking for all 36 mage tower skins if they only earned 1 appearance or all for their class.
A much better stance for the transmogs would be to want to have mop challenge modes back in the game to earn them as if it was still mop.

Would be nice. I got them on my Rogue back in the day, but some of the sets are really awesome.

No, it’s nothing like that. MoP CM was a group challenge. The MT was an individual challenge.

Here’s one.
No one gets anything for free or stuff be made account-wide. And the only way to get the appearances would be to do the scenarios/dungeons in a living museum style of content. Provided nothing could be trivialized.
And groups didn’t time things (excluding the existence of boosters) if people didn’t know their toolkit, or itemize their gear to get around the ilvl restrictions.
Basically no different from MT. The strength of the group is dependent upon the members that comprise it.

Making years old achievements for cool cosmetics account wide and reattainable after they were foolishly removed is a great suggestion, your contribution is appreciated <3

Nope, not at all. Back when MoP CM were going, I bought a run for the mounts.
So no, they were nothing like the MT.

Mage Tower appearances are account wide.*
You can use them on on completion character, but you can’t unlock new tints unless you use the actual character that unlocked them.
If they make it so people that did mop challenge modes on just a single or small amount of classes can have ALL of them, then anyone that did the mage tower on a single or small amount of specs should have it unlocked on all specs across all classes.
I don’t see how you guys can compare it. The MT was an individual challenge of a specific spec. The CM from MoP and WoD was just a test of how good 4 people were, regardless of their class or spec. It could have been a combination of any healer, any tank and two good dps.

The argument is the exact same. You did it on a specific class, and therefore only deserve the set on that specific class. Tough luck that you missed out or chose not to. It was still a test of how well you could play that class.

MoP CM sets are already account wide. If I make another Warlock, DK, Shaman, etc, I can use the sets I’ve unlocked.
However, they’re like tier sets in that they’re class specific so I can’t use the sets I’ve unlocked on classes I haven’t unlocked them on.
People want all 11 sets for just the work they did for 1. When they already got an account-wide title and 4 mounts.
If there was ever an argument to be had for account-wide nature of CM rewards it would be the teleports. Those should be made account-wide so as to free up people from being held back upon transportation for daily chore habits when doing current content that passed by the old dungeons (basically 8.3) or transmog runs.
They need to have the Area 52 vendors for Classic PvP transmog be unlocked account wide… its a pain regrinding 1800 RBG on every class.
