The title says it all. Within Nazmir, you’re supposed to be able to talk to Chag to spawn Lucille. It’s not possible to interact with Chag, meaning I can’t spawn and kill Lucille.

Same here i tried to talk the NPC but it’s not possible.
Still broken, blocking world quests as well as achievements.
Still broken today. Missing out on 172 gold world quest.
Still or again bugged. Three players standing around unable to interact with Chag to spawn WQ.
Tried regular and War Mode as suggested. Still can’s talk to NPC to start. Guess it’s just one achievement that just won’t be completed. May be a breach of the WOW agreement for my subscription?

It’s April of 2023 and still unable to talk to this npc to complete world quest or the achievement smdh
is there like a quest line associated with it?
