Cenarion cirlce rep in retail how do you get to exalted in old factions like Cenarion Circle?

I don’t understand how to get cenarion circle rep to complete some Ahn Quiraj quests now in 2024.

run AQ10 for cenarion circle rep iirc.

I once had a warlock hated by Cenarion Circle before AQ stuff became available, they were one of those factions you could go to War with and I killed this Dryad repeatedly in Desolace. When AQ raids came out and I tried to do the smaller raid on that Warlock, the “escort” part would KOS me every time they spawned.

Guards at the outpost would attack him too, they put some interesting dialog on the guards to those they attacked. Something about pity towards my transgression and other stuff. It shows a lot of effort was put into lines only a few people would ever actually see.

If you go to Silithus and talk to the NPC that puts you in the old version you can grind cultists for pages to turn in for rep. It takes a while but that’s the most efficient way I think!
