Celestials are not spawning on Twisting Nether, Area 52, and Illidan that I checked. Possibly others, but Tichondrius was working so I looked no further.

Not a perma solution, but, for me, I have created a character on Echo Isles (initially a trial account) I created it a while back to shard my main into a less populated realm to farm Shaohao rep (the day they ended up increasing the rep).
I then created a premade group in Questing (under level 25 I didn’t have the option to choose raids - but you can create a dungeon group immediately) and invited my main.
I’ve since levelled that character to 49 and I stood on Timeless Isle for about an hour day Friday with a group up in premades, to allow others to get the Celestials done for the day as it just so happened on that day, Stormrage Celestials were not working. I yelled a few times on my main for folks to look for the group and join.
This has been an issue for many for quite some time now, I had not encountered this on Stormrage until Friday so I’m glad I had made a toon on a very low pop realm, unfortunately, I could end up encountering them not spawning on that realm at some point.
You could always look in group finder to see if anyone else is doing what i did.
Until Blizz nails down the issue and decides to fix, there are not many other options.

Thank you for your response! I have a second account with a bunch of alts I made in remix to test some things out and just to have some alts on other realms, so that’s how I was able to shard hop a few times to find a good one. On my remix main’s realm I’ve been able to defeat celestials every day of the event except today, so I guess I was fortunate, as well. I have seen other threads in here on it previously, but figured I might as well report today in case it helps them check it out or trigger a reset. It’s nice of you to create groups for others to join, keep on being great!

Has this been officially acknowledged? It does not seem to be working and I can’t seem to find a shard that works, so it is very annoying to not be able to kill one of these bosses daily.
