My friend gifted me the Celestial Observer’s transmog outfit. Frequently after logging in, items from the set disappear from my character’s active transmog and all of the set’s items revert to their default appearance; I then have to spend gold to turn them back into the Celestial Observer’s pieces. I’ve spent lots of gold fixing the transmog. What is going on, and why does it keep erasing my active transmog that cost real money to get?

I have been having this issue as well since the appearance was available, it’s cost me a lot of gold to transmog it back on.
