i cant find my celestial invitation, i checked all my toons no quest or quest items, i did the achievement for it, but i cant find it. i put in a ticket and blizz told me to ask here.
That one kind of sucks, because it’s a meta achievement and you can’t mouse over it to see which of your characters completed it 
If you have checked all your characters, their bags, and their banks, you might have done it on a character you deleted. The invitation goes to the character that collected the last pet.
If that’s the case the only thing you can do is keep marking the ticket as unresolved until you get a real person and not an automated response. You can’t do anything like cage the pets and re-learn them to re-earn the achievement to get another one, so the only way for you to get another invitation is for Blizzard CS to generate another one for you.

i dont have stardust.
I know; I looked at your profile. You need the invitation to get access to Algalon the Observer to fight him to get Stardust. However, if you can’t find that invitation on any toons/bags/banks you need to speak with Customer Service and have them generate another one so you can go fight Algalon.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I completed the achievement five months ago and never noticed that it had a reward, until today when I looked for how to get the pet “Stardust”. I looked at all my characters to see if I had the item or the quest, but nothing. Did you manage to solve the problem? Thanks!
I would definitely check item restoration just to be on the safe side.
Make sure you didn’t accidentally delete it thinking it was just trash.
Also, check every single character you have logged onto in that timeframe to make sure it’s not hiding in some random alt’s bags somewhere (because you don’t necessarily get it on your main character).
If it helps at all in your search…the Celestial Invitation is a bright blue icon that looks very similar to a lot of the specialized tailoring cloth items we’ve had over the years.
One final suggestion: Make sure that you didn’t use the item and start the quest (which removes the invite from your inventory). Make sure to thoroughly check your quest log to make sure you don’t have the quest already and just have it hidden/untracked.
