Celestial Conduit not activating Heart of Jade Serpent OR the first Fist of Fury does not have reduced cooldown

Is anyone else noticing that sometimes when you activate celestial conduit, heart of the jade serpent buff doesn’t show up at the end?

OR

The buff shows up but your first global, Fist of Fury, it is not 60% increased.

This is a pretty large impact to our dps.

It is a known issue, you can prevent it by manually recasting Conduit at the end of the channel (this doesn’t cancel the cast), until blizzard fixes it. It’s been confirmed that they know about it.

How long have it stayed an “Known Issue”? I feel like it’s been there ever since TWW, before 11.1 I use shadow-pan only so I’m not quite sure.

Pretty much since the start of TWW, yes. At least as far as I know.

This is a known bug unfortunately. Press the ability again manually just before the cast finishes to get it to work every time and maximize the 6 second window.
