All Celestial Cloud Serpents have an animation bug where the whiskers dont move. Seems to be only a problem on the Celestial ones as the other cloud serpents all have animated whiskers.

I own the Heavenly Azure and Heavenly Golden cloud serpents, and Yu’lei from the MoP time walking. Can confirm, their whiskers aren’t moving but the standard, lightning, and astral cloud serpent are fine.
