I have the ring and shoulders for this, missives, etc. but when I goto craft it for the ring it says I dont have any powers for it. Same goes for the shoulders. I have 5455 soul ash, missives, etc. What could be the reason?
Dumb question, but did you ‘learn’ the legendary power? Gotta go to the dudes room in torghast and click the power in your bags

Are you 100% sure you learned it?
Make sure you are in outlaw spec
You dont need to be in the spec to craft the item though, i confirmed that myself when doing a piece for Sin while being in Sub.
