CDew said "2400 in Shuffle is an entry level rank in PvP"

“I’m reporting you”, the Stay at Home Dad cries out in a meek voice, no longer able to maintain his bodily faculties while enduring the verbal onslaught of the 20 year old Queue-oomer. It seems there is a new King in the jungle on this day…

haha all good.

But this thread does look a little spicy.

It’s getting there.

Hopefully the NatGeo style narrations are at least adding to it.

no one under 50 knows what natgeo is, you’re pitching big band to slow reverb remixers

applaud the effort though

Priest in US has the highest rep of all classes above 2400, with 926.
In the top 5000, so not the entire ladder thats just where it stops on API, there are 14834 Priests.
This ends up about 6% if I can math correctly, I probably cant.

Which would mean 2400 for Priest is between Rival and Duelist.

If you do it for druid its at 3.3% so just outside of Duelist.

So basing just off of those not all of them 2400 Solo is I guess what is Rivall II now.

Feel like this comment needs more context

Are you not the guy that kept begging for glad to be in soloq? lmao

The math is wrong because you are comparing priests to just priests, but CR and MMR is compared against the entire population of players.

eg. If only two Brewmasters play Solo Shuffle and one of them is 2700, it doesn’t mean 2700 is the same as combatant.

I mean let’s be real here, before SS, majority of 3s (like 80% of them) are just LFG no voice people anyway, aka the same people you see in SS.

Yeah true, you could do the full number, but I’d think it’d land in a similar spot just based off of those two. Just checked all and yeah its 3.9% just outside of old duelist cutoff.

The problem with the numbers though is you can only see top 5000, there might be 5000 ranks below that still above 1000 rating we don’t know. Its just a guestimate, not fact.

And

Both of these are weird to say. Like… that’s what makes it a meme lol. The fact that it’s so much easier to climb in. I don’t know how you don’t see that.

This deserves the word cringe.

I find this statement to be offensive for a vast majority of the community who find that 2400 in Shuffle is just as hard if not harder than 2400 in any other bracket of PvP.

How can you say this? Are you at 2400 in anything but shuffle right now? lol

I think people are referring to other seasons in SL/BFA when talking about difficulty, as we have no clue how hard 2400 will be at the end of this season.

Nah 2400 was not hard in BFA/SL. Only rough season was SL S4

They should be basically better than 2400 3v3 players, because they are up there without a comp they play daily, without team mates and they have find ways to play around errors of their random team mates.

Only 1.5% of people will ever reach 2400 in any arena format. So in a way, he is right that 2400 is an entry level rank for pro players only.

I reported too many posts in this thread and now I have to wait 12 hours.

Agreed, which makes it hard to say which is harder. 2400 in RSS or 2400 in 3’s BFA/SL. (Again 2400 in DF S1 might become easy once they start inflating the ladder which is happening starting next week)

The difficulty greatly depends on which class you play in RSS. Tbh it is the same for 3v3 it just depends on which comp you play.

Shuffle is easier. Well, maybe comparable to Unchained.
