CDew exploiting Ivus Bug

Cdew deletes VODs, blizz deletes posts addressing this, ??? Blizzcon champion doesn’t get reprimanded because that would be bad for lawl esports!

Seriously not cool if this is real.

Method shouldn’t get the special treatment…

And the posters calling out the cheaters will get punished more than the cheaters

If this is true then that’s not fair. Either ban them all or none at all. You shouldn’t pick and choose.

And nothing will happen to him. That group can do whatever they want in the game.

No one really cares, release Classic already please.

Yeah it’s really unfortunate how I’ll probably get suspended for making these posts yet the actual people exploiting the game that pays them their salary will get off scotch free. I don’t mean this to specifically call out an individual, but industries like these are reprehensible and just further the notion that Blizzard only cares about profits at this point…

How do you know he did not/will not get actioned? Blizzard just said yesterday that they were still working on addressing this and will be handing out punishment based on the severity of the exploiter.

I gather that Cdew is a group or guild. What’s a VOD?

Cdew is a streamer. A VOD is video on demand, basically the saved streams in this case that are no longer live(for watching them if you missed it live, or want to re-watch it). It’s like watching an episode of a show online that you missed when it first aired.

ok thank you for the explanation.

Streamers exist in a different world then the rest of us. I still chuckle when I think back to blizzards…what was it called community spot light or something close to that…

One of the photos of the streamers they used was a cropped image of the streamer flipping blizzard off for giving players “his” transmog by putting ashbringer in legion.

If you ever want to see blizzard bending backwards just take not of what their PR department does.

Lol, oh neckbeards.

Question:

If you kill a world boss while “freeloading” off of a raid group; i.e. you are not in the group, but get to tag the boss and get credit for the kill, but are technically dead while the boss dies - are you supposed to be able to bonus roll while you’re dead? If not, are you supposed to be able to kill the boss again and bonus roll on the second kill?

I check you and raise you mythic helya.

Animal house: Some animals are more equal than others.

And thus always goes communism.

I have always been able to bonus roll when dead - it makes no difference if you are in a group or not. Well providing you didn’t release and are too far.

Any confirmation on this or just allegations?

He is also a “rank one” pvper. Which means the 0.1% of arena players and Blizzcon regular.

Which is a much bigger deal.

So what people I know killed it 10 times and evaded a ban he killed it twice so what. You’ve been blowing this out of proportion on the arena forums and the posts were deleted for a reason.
