Has anyone found an addon that can customize how the icons look in the CD Manager when an ability is on CD or not available?
Something that can change the color and or opacity when it’s on CD.

I set my old Weak Auras to be fully desaturated and very dark when an ability was on CD or unavailable.

ArcUI is what I’m using to recreate the Weakaura’s feel of customizing cooldowns.

It lets you put icons anywhere, and has lots of options.
