CC Member's take on Race/Class Combos

Okay, that’d make a good allied race, but again, does not explain why a race which forswore Fel for thousands of years would suddenly turn to it now.

I was under the impression that Warlocks

The burning Legion was defeated, there was no reason for Arcane not to be used, this isn’t comparable to a magical force that kills everything it touches and sucks the life out of it and the culture that banned it for that very reason.

If you’re looking for a lore reason Tauren are all about life and nature. They greatly embrace the natural world. Their name is literally an anagram of the word Nature. So a Tauren dealing with demons/undead willingly isn’t likely.

I don’t get your point in even linking me in your little debate.

If Orcs can have Warlocks, anyone can. Especially with your logic.

You can’t unmake magic interest. Once it’s been tapped into and is actively used, that’s it. It’s not going away.

Racial Skins similar to how normal trolls can be Sand Trolls.

Because times change… ™

You can be power hungry and still fight for what you consider to be “good”.

Yes it is, because times change… ™

Yeah, why would an Orc want to be a warlock after what the Legion did to Draenor.

Oh my god Ren, their entire culture is ruined, RUINED I TELL YOU!

And yet that one old god group that’s been around since vanilla has plenty of taurens in it…strange they must not be True Taurens…maybe they are all Dreadlords in disguise

Power corrupts TM.

Just because you say that repeatedly doesn’t mean it gives your argument validity.

Because what you said was relevant to their argument… they said and I guote:

And you stated:

Correct?

Yeah, imagine having an interest in the magic that killed your planet! immersion breaking!

With the current lore that’s probably likely lol. The jailer made them do it! Jailer this Jailer that! It’s all Jailer!

My statement supports their comment so I don’t get what you’re attempting here.

It literally doesn’t, Warlocks as you stated DO NOT support good causes (and one step further probably not even bad causes), they support what THEY can gain from said causes… not the causes themselves.

Wow, were just looking at the one tree in the forest huh? Here let me help:

Warlocks:

1.) Are power driven individuals
2.) Reject their society norms
3.) Live in an underground
4.) Don’t actively brag about being Warlocks

Are these all limited to all warlocks? No, thinking that way is absolutely stupid.

Not 100% all the time.

But it is Valid. Choosing to be ignorant to changes happening to everyone and everything kills your argument entirely.

Good is a point of view. Imo the Horde is good and the Alliance is bad, where as an Alliance player can see the opposite.

Orc (brown or green) and Kal’dorei Paladins please.

Done and Done.

The one tree being that Warlocks don’t really care about the morality?

And people tend to share points of views in a culture, like LFD and Draenei being of the mindset that Fel and Void are not to be trifled with.

Until they decide to “change” their minds and view it differently.

Brick. Wall.

I legit hope some of you upset about these current race/class restrictions being lifted quit the game.

That’s treating the entire race as a monolith and I was just using tauren warlock as an example. Lets say my tauren just likes demons since I determine the lore for my characters… but enough of that lets try others

Undead paladin? Totally impo…

oh nevermind.

Try a night elf paladin while we are in “the lore won’t allow it!” land

how about blood elf druid ooo000oo fancy

Human druid (before she was even a worgen btw)

Just a smattering of totally non-existant NPCs (not to even mention how many weird druid combos there are in the earthen ring and cenarion circle because… you know… PEOPLE CAN LEARN THINGS in the warcraft universe!
