This really doesn’t disprove what I’m arguing at all. Pre-Cata Nelf Culture didn’t practice Magics but in Cata a group of Highborne rejoined the Nelfs and suddenly Mage class was unlocked.

They did though, they just outlawed it and then went back to it. Meanwhile the LFD and Draenei have never practiced Fel before The Legion invaded, that’s not a parallel comparison.
