Did they say yet what options we have from Chaos Bolt if we have a character of the other faction on crusader strike?

So far your options are CS or Lava Lash. If you have opposing factions on CS/CB then you are essentially forced to transfer to Lava Lash.
Since these stooges have remained silent on any of these issues, the notion that both faction locking for balancing and locking in regards to Horde or Alliance only on PvP servers still applies.
By the way, they locked transfers for now. So CB is just stuck in a void of death since it is also locked from rolling new characters.

You were SoL the second you came to the forums and cried for a 2nd RP server 10 hours after the first one had been up and running.
Chaos bolt was dead before it was even spun up.
Nobody to blame but yourself.
It would only be fair if they allow us to have both factions on CS, so we don’t have to delete a faction.

That would be ideal, having been through this not too long ago with Deviate Delight/Grob, I kind of expected this to happen eventually, but not at level 40 cap, I’d like to keep playing with both groups of friends

Chaos Bolt was never dead until Blizz froze character creation and opened up free transfers off.

Mate what are you even on about? Our server was fine. Clearly you have no understanding of that, that’s why people are PO about it. For whatever reason Blizzard made a massive mistake and now we’re kept in the dark about it.

Looking at the populations of the server I would absolutely call it dead. Blizzard doesnt want 2k player servers like 2004, its pretty clear with this action.
It wasn’t 2k. It was 5k…and that’s just raiders.
But yes, it’s clear Blizzard doesn’t want original server population numbers. Or even a bit above that. They want the absolutely ridiculous 40k megaserver population, where there is no server community, everyone is a stranger, bots everywhere, chat channels spammed endlessly with advertisements, layered to the teeth.
It’s garbage.
If that’s the case, there’s about 4 other servers with way less population. By your logic, they should have been addressed first.

10 player raids are the reason there are no communities. It will get better as guilds start condensing into 20 and 40 mans.
The worst part is that they opened Xfers then closed them, absolutely destroying the population on Chaos Bolt worse than it already was and they can’t even tell us when Xfer is back up again…

Either allow Xfers or don’t… stop wasting everyone’s time and lockouts…
