So I’ve been on Mechagon today for about six hours.
I have yet to see Caustic Mechaslime spawn a single time in that timeframe. What’s the deal with this guy’s insanely low spawn rate?
Odd, ive killed him 3 times between alts. Maybe join a group and hop shards

It’s not actually that low. He’s one of the three CC class drills. They all share a spawn time with each other, only one appears. So he has a 33% chance, but if RNG isn’t kind it might take awhile.
You’d think they’d go in order or something to give everyone a chance at getting the rare kill. Huh. That’s a really questionable design choice. Oh, well. I guess there’s nothing I can do about it but keep waiting and pray to all mighty heaven when I finally see the bastard that I only have to kill him once.
I read an article today in my stock app talking about how Actv/Blizz is a good buy because they should have strong sales in 19-20 with WoW expansion and possibly Diablo 4, and new CoD.
They mention MAUs being at an all time low.
And it was (darkly) funny to read the dry, accountant, only-money-matters approach about the game I like.
So you’re logged in farming a shty dynamic, but it’s raising the MAU and looking great for stock owners!!
This is the terribly reality of WoW run by a lawyer.

This is saddening. I can see why Blizzard is making such frustrating design choices, then. It’s because as long as they’re paid like this, they have no reason to change.

But it is a good buy? Because I’m in the market for another trade.
It wasn’t that long ago (early Legion?) that ATVI was in the high 70s/ low 80s range. It was considered overpriced at that point, but … that’s where it was.
Then quite a lot of things “corrected”, some bounced back, but ATVI has not. In the last 6 months or so, the lowest I’ve seen it was 41-42. It basically has trended between high and low 40s for the last 6 months.
It closed today at 48. The article I read quoted it as being 48, and they anticipate ATVI going to 52 based on the WoW expac, possibly D4, and CoD.
I think that’s conservative. I think we as GAMERS are going to hate what’s coming for WoW and Diablo, but (I’m sorry to say) they WILL make money. They will suck AS GAMES, but they’ll make money. It will further erode my confidence in Blizzard as a AAA-game producer… but … they WILL make money.
And because of that, I think high 50s/ low60s isn’t out of the question. As long as they can do it before the next election. That’s not exactly a MASSIVE ROI, but it’s a sure-win from where I’m sitting.

Imo he spawns less often than some of the other ones that share a cool down.

What was the breakdown by game?
It wasn’t given. Just said that “the company tracks users by something it calls MAUs, and that MAUs are at their lowest rate.”
No other hard data was given.

One time I was in Mechagon for well over 7 hours, and not once did I see CC73.
The codes/locations of drills just won’t stick in memory 
(I keep avoiding actually looking them up and studying them in the hopes that I’ll pick them up naturally at some point, but it would be nice to get this rare off my list)
Yes, it’s a stupid system. Go to their post, highlight what you want to quote, and a quote option will appear which will put it in the reply box.
I get this part. It’s straightforward.
What I’m saying is that to the right of the “heart-like” button, link, flag, bookmark, is a “reply” button.
If you click that button, it should show that I’m replying to your ENTIRE post-- I shouldn’t have to highlight anything. It shows that I’m replying to your post and if the reader chooses, they can click on your name and it will expand to show your entire post. It should be a shortcut.
But it doesn’t seem to always work. But I mean… how could it not. It’s such a trivial function.
