In the quest [Cause Without a Rebel the two persons I am supposed to talk to do not show up for me on the ground floor Maldra and Alexstrasza. I have abandoned the quest retaken in logged out and back in reloaded ui and they just not there. I did get the quest so I would think there was nothing else I was supposed to do before I got this quest xept those quests up north which I finished. This is absolutely frustrating

I am having the same issue. I do not know what quest in my log is causing a conflict. All I have are Loamm and Forgotten Reach as well as professions.
go to ground floor go up stairs and take aleft!
