To complete one of the achievements in Wintergrasp you need to kill 10 ppl at the cauldron of flames. As no one goes there in the BG, how do you complete that achievement now ?
I was thinking of baiting folks there.

Only way to finish that achievement now is something like that . Would do it for a lot of ppl on both sides if you could get your team into that zone .
you can ask before hand and get a premade to help you, Alec might even be willing to stand there with 9 friends and let you kill them real quick.
Nah, I’m generally against cheesing achievements. Kinda ruins the point of an “achievement.”
I could schedule a WPVP battle there if you’re interested, but we’re gonna be actively trying to kill you.
Some of these old ‘achievements’ can be only completed by cheesing it . Even setting up a WPvP in that zone does not really do the achievement in the true sense of the BG.
There are few other achievements similar to this , like that disarm bomb thing in IOC. Nobody bothers to run any bombs anymore so how can you finish that ?
Some people do. I’m almost done with that achievement myself.

Go out into the open world version of wintergrasp with some friends who have an alliance alt and kill them/let them kill you for the achieve.

You would have to set something up with people you know on both sides and do it in the world version.

I suppose you could do it yourself with a starter account as well.
A lot of these old achievements are only possible now with the help of friends. Some of them can actually be completed in Chromie time.
How do you do that ?

I made a new Ally toon , got him to 30 , flew her to WG . Sent my main there ,logged in to the Ally toon, alt + F4 the Ally toon , log back in on my main and I can’t see anyone else .
What am I missing ?
