Do the rares in forbidden reach drop catch up weapons? with only 1 primal storm at a time its taking forever to get enough tokens to get a primal weapon for my paladin. i have so many catch up drops from the rares of forbidden reach, im vendoring them but no luck on a 2h weapon.

What I’d like to know is why does ret have an ability for a shield but can’t equip one?

There is tokens for such yes…not sure if its broken down by type of weapon though but I do recall weaponry tokens being on the list
If you’re having bad luck with a particular drop, don’t forget that you can buy the original Storm gear and upgrade that to 395 with Storm Sigils + Untapped Forbidden Knowledge. Works with weapons as well.
Weapons also convert to the green skins at 395.

Lol in all seriousness, catch up weapon are good.
Unfortunately it looks like blizz has nurfed the regular primal storms to one at a time,one every 2 hours now, probably to force people to the new zone

If you don’t feel like playing “find the cave before time runs out” there isn’t anything to do there either.

Yeah, I’ve gotten a few weapon tokens so far across a couple of my characters.
Not to mention it looks like the lightning one with the chest is still bugged.
They sure did, with their reason being “Raszageth’s dead, guys!” even though there’s 3 other primal dragons on the loose now, all of which are capable of these storms and more. Lore and story reasons can’t really hide their intent here.
