Catching up on Dragonflight professions

Okay, so, I’m a little late to the TWW party. Haven’t even started professions here yet, or even reached level cap.

But I want to finish up Dragonflight profession knowledge before moving on. Once I hit level 80 does it become easier? Does solo running instances produce a decent drop rate for Dragon Shard of Knowledge? I never really understood how those things are gated.

Or am I stuck with the 6-8 points per week from the quests… sigh

The KP items should still be there. Get them in treasures and dirt piles . There’s also the treatises and the summons from the reach. All repeatable each week. Do not limit yourself to the quests.

You can keep working on dragonflight professions and do tww professions at the same time. One does not preclude the other.
