Catch Fish in Draenor not counting towards anything - Resolved

I have now discovered that all fishing in Draenor results in no credit, whether it’s the Traveller’s Log or Achievements. I’ve tested this on numerous characters and am unable to progress the log or Draenor Angler Enormous fish achievements.

Same. I’ve tried it on two separate characters. I’ve checked to make sure I have Draenor Fishing unlocked, and I’m getting skill increases, but nothing else. The Priest I have is at 7/100, the Hunter around 15/100 skill. I don’t know that being 100/100 would make a difference or not.

Same for the legion apparently.
I submitted a bug report.

I have indeed tried a character on max fishing ( and with Nat rep) in Draenor - and no count. Also tried toons with low Draenor fishing, also no count … this is a bug since the update today. Before today I atleast got the Legion fishing done (for the adventurer’s traveller).

I am having the same issue as well

I have run into this issue, though I was able to do the Legion one by fishing for the mana on the island off Dalaran. The mana doesn’t count, but the fish you get sometimes alongside it did. Someone else commented about not getting credit on that one, so I thought I’d share that bit.

About 30 casts later on the island next to Dalaran, it gave me no credit whatsoever.

for legion fishing i did mine yesterday right off the dock in (in the open water not the canals) in Suramar. Today i got no credit in Dreanor until i tried in the lake inside my own Garrison. I hope you all can get this issue figured out. i know it really is frustrating. Good Luck!

I’m trying to find the open waters off the dock in Suramar, but I’m not getting nowhere, I haven’t found a spot to get credit. I have been aiming for open water too.

Ok, I’ve found that that pond mentioned above on that island in Dalaran counts, but only with certain fish, not the goldfish or whatever else, it’s like a crafting reagent fish that don’t give any eating purpose.

only works in your garrison if you have it build and quests complete with fish hut build up, fish in the lake.

You all need to fish your Garrison to get gredit!!

I have a level 2 garrison, how do you catch big fish in that?
