This is a rare W from Blizzard. In past seasons, we had to wait for the Turbo-Boost before we could gain additional charges as drops. They implemented this feature right away. You just have to get your 4pc, so don’t feel like you need to save your charges for higher track items. Get that 4pc right away.

“We want to make gearing alts easier”…. removes Catalyst Unbound from being account wide.

at least it makes collecting xmog easier… since you dont need to sit on charges.
Is this one of those undeclared achievements? I don’t see it in an achievements search.
So basically, on each alt, need to unlock 4-pc set at any level?
Does that include war mode vet gear?
Edit: nevermind. War Mode vet gear has its own set bonuses.
