I completed Reviving the Machine quest and was able to upgrade one piece of equipment. Last week I picked up and completed the quests by the Great Vault and Antuka. I did EVERY non-pvp item on the list of things that were supposed to give me charges (including four mythics). Yet, I have no charges and have no credit for this week’s Catalyst Revival quest. I know this bug has been report MANY times, has it been fixed?

I also have the same problem and I only played PvP had a ticket in for a few days.
